Posted December 13, 2018 10:05:08 As the holiday season gets under way, the Metro’s busiest route gets its first chance to shine.
On December 13 and 14, the Washington-Baltimore Regional Transit Authority will begin the most ambitious phase of construction in its history.
It’s an ambitious plan to transform the region’s busiest transit system.
The first phase of the project, which will connect downtown to downtown Baltimore, includes a new station for the Metro.
The station will also serve as a stop on the planned light rail line.
At the same time, the line will be connected to the rest of the Metro system via a tunnel.
This means a rapid transit connection to the downtown core will be possible, but it will be a long trip, so riders will need to be patient.
There are two ways to get to the station: from a Metro train, which runs at about 45 mph, or by bus, which travels at about 30 mph.
You can find more information on the first phase here.
For the second phase, the new station will be attached to the existing station.
Metro officials have also developed a design for a pedestrian-only connection to that station, but they are still deciding if this is the right fit for this part of the plan.
What do you think of Metro’s plan to overhaul its Metro system?
