The city of Britain’s capital has the best buses in the world, according to a new survey by TripAdvisor.
The survey of more than 2,000 travelers from across the globe finds that London is the most traveled city in the English-speaking world, with 1.2 million people using public transport to get around.
The number of trips made by public transport in London jumped from 2.6 million in 2015 to 2.8 million in 2016, while the number of cars on the roads increased from 874,000 to 1.1 million, according the survey, conducted by Tripadvisor and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
London’s public transport network was also the most efficient, with more than 80 percent of trips completed by public transportation in 2016.
The city’s transport network is also relatively stable, with London’s capital regularly ranked among the world’s most active cities in terms of congestion.
But it also has a heavy reliance on public transport, and London has experienced a significant increase in traffic over the past few years.
